Tom Holland's Peter Parker is grinding as Spider-Man in a city that no longer remembers him, and a threat no one can even see forces a transformation he may not control. That invisible-enemy setup gives the set pieces real tension, and it is exactly the kind of large-scale action that earns the big screen. It lands 89% on Rotten Tomatoes and 8.1 on IMDb, and it is showing in English this week.

Director Zach Cregger drops medical courier Bryan into a single fateful night that collapses into chaos, and he is fighting just to make it out alive. At a lean 95 minutes it never lets up, and the relentless, claustrophobic momentum plays best loud and on a big screen. It is showing in English here this week.
